Almost makes it seem governmental; add something else to the bill to confuse the vote... LOL

Peace is preferable, i think Paul said, even to the divorce thing...

Abortion?

God is an astute pro-choicer!

...and pro-lifer! LOL

Go figure...

Was good to read the discussion, as that alone proves the fellowship taking place here! Smile

Interesting. (Yes, I'm concerned my response might get negative feedback. I in no way intend to belittle anyone here, nor is it my intent to "bash" anyone.) (hating is messed, man!)

I don't agree with the homosexual lifestyle. With that said, let me clarify: I have family who have struggled with homosexuality and bi-sexuality. It's a common thing. I, personally, struggle with heterosexuality. Very Happy

Yeah. Just like with my family, I might not agree with your lifestyle choices, but I love you. I can't change terminology based on the idea I have of marriage. I've seen to much shit to not have an opinion on things like marriage.

With that said, I don't want to see the world live how it sees fit--in ignorance, prejudice, hate, and many other forms of stupidity. What we should achieve, though, is an understanding that we can still exist together with differing opinions. I love you guys. That's the end of my statement.

From what I gather from my experience, most homosexuals are homosexual because they want people to look at them. would they still be gay if no one is around? I don't know, perhaps their is some love their but sometimes I think they are that way simply for attention. Alot of people need attention. Thats a simple fact. Some people may be muscular which draws sexual attraction and some people are smart, some attractive. Bu some people may not have that so they turn gay, so people will turn their heads. And my opinion on Bi-sexuality is this, they prove my point even more, they are that way so they can fit in with a certain group.

It's all about the social acceptability. Again I'll say It, if no one was around , would you still be gay?

following on from that rather random thought you left Superhero...i find that remark a little insulting...personally!

i could quite easily ask straight people would you still be straight if no-one was around?

i don't choose to be gay, nor is it a lifestyle choice to me, to me being gay is me...as much as people think we choose this kinda life...it's not true...do you choose to be straight? and too be totally honest with you, i think given the choice of straight or gay...i'd chose gay everytime...but i must stress, those are the only circumstances i would make being gay a choice!

as for the being gay for attention...again personally - i think that's crap! i like to think that there are much more interesting parts of me for people to focus there attention on than the fact that i am gay...this ain't no freak show...we're not animals who are kept in cages for families to visit on a weekend visit to the zoo for annoying kids to poke us with sticks throwing scraps of food at us...but you're right...alot of people do like being the centre of attention...but usually for something that makes them stand out...which makes them as individual as everyone else...and if being gay is there claim to fame...then god help those lifeless little people...speaking from a gay man's point of view, if you think that all there is to me is the fact that i am gay - then i'm afraid your sadly mistaken...

but i respect your opinion based on the fact that it's your opinion...but is that you throwing out a somewhat contrversial remark to draw the attention to yourself? just thoughts...

this may seem odd, but since i posted that like a few weeks ago, my view has somewhat altered. i am now atheist, and from what i can tell some gay tendencies.
and now that i read that remark, I don't know, i really have no problem with you being gay, and im sure your a great person, and I'm sorry if your offedned, that was not my original intent.

forgive me if this seems a little harsh, but i don't set out to seek approval from anyone, i'm like marmite...lol...and as you say you have some homosexual tendancies...my mind keeps goin back to the remark you made about drawing attention to oneself...??!! i did take offence to the comments you made...insulted...if that was your intention or not...i just seen them as a little prehistoric...i'm sure your a genuinely nice guy...but after re-reading your comments...i probably just jumped on my soap box & now appreciate our honesty...and respect your opinions...thank you
